The hotel consists of a Lobby and Administration office, a bar and restaurant with a large terrace over looking the Bay of Cofresi and Ocean World and the famous Casino and Marina. There are a tennis court, two swimming pools and a lovely garden sloping down towards the ocean.

At this moment there are 30 apartments finished which are 15 one bedroom apartments and 15 two bedroom/two bathroom apartments all with a terrace and some with a private Jacuzzi on the terrace. Further more there are 30 hotel rooms half finished which need amongst others bathrooms fixtures.

The hotel has been empty for the last three years and needs updating hence the reasonable price. The area of Cofresi is one of the most upcoming areas of the North Coast with several hotels having opened their doors in the last two years and many more investors are buying up the few parcels of land left.
